Find Help

Families who wish to apply for assistance may call 217-697-4663 and a client coordinator will be in contact to help you complete an application. Once an application for assistance is approved, we work with you to schedule a time to pick up the food order at the west wing of Chatham Presbyterian Church, 1835 E. Walnut St., Chatham, IL. Families with substantial demonstrated need may apply for food orders every 90 days, up to four times a year.

Volunteers assist with many tasks at the food pantry including grocery shopping. package preparation, shelf stocking, inventory, and more. Training is provided for all interested in helping with the pantry’s mission. Please call 217-697-4663.

In addition, volunteers are always needed to assist Boy Scout Troop 48 plant, weed, water, and harvest at the Food Pantry garden, located at Chatham Presbyterian Church. Each growing season, the garden provides fresh vegetables for the pantry client packages.
